Beef Short ribs with Smoked Guajillo and Pasilla Pepper Sauce
(4 Serves)
Ingredients:
Beef Short ribs – 3 Lbs.
Oregano Spices Smoked Sea Salt – 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 3 tablespoons
Garlic – 6 cloves
Tomato Puree – 2 tablespoon
Oregano Spices Smoked Guajillo Pepper – 1/2 tablespoon
Oregano Spices Smoked Pasilla Pepper – 1/2 tablespoon
Red Wine (your favorite) – 1 cup
Beef Stock – 1 cup
Herb (your favorite): cilantro, parsley or mint
Preparation:
- Cut Beef Short ribs in pieces cross the bones
- Add Oregano Spices Smoked Sea Salt & Black Pepper over the short ribs
- Put a Roasting Tray Pan over the burner and heat it
- Add Olive Oil
- Sealed the short ribs
- Add Garlic an roasted (light brown)
- Add Tomato Puree, Oregano Spices Smoked Peppers and cook for one minute
- Add Red Wine and cook for 5 minutes
- Add Beef Stock
- Put the Roasting Tray covered with Aluminum Foil in the oven (375 F) for 1 hour
- Strain all the juice/sauce from the tray
- For serve, add your favorite chopped herb
